We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Year 7 - 11, group & 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant. If you're committed to making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), this role is perfect for you!
About the Role:
As a Year 7 - 11, group & 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with a specific student who requires additional support to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Your role will involve providing personalized assistance, implementing tailored learning strategies, and fostering a supportive environment where the student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Develop and implement individualized learning plans in collaboration with the SENCO and classroom teacher, focusing on the specific needs and goals of the student.
Provide one-on-one support to the student during class activities, ensuring they are fully engaged and able to participate to the best of their ability.
Monitor the student's progress closely, tracking their achievements and identifying areas for further development or intervention as needed.

Must be able to work 5 days a week!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
