Salary: £30,000 - £46,535 per annum (Depending on experience).

Role Overview:
As a Pupil’s Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the academic development and well-being of the pupils within your care. You will design and deliver high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire pupils, while also providing tailored support to ensure all learners make excellent progress. This position requires someone who is adaptable, dedicated and passionate about fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment where each pupil can thrive.
Pupil’s Teacher Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging, inclusive and challenging lessons that meet the individual needs of your pupils, using innovative and effective teaching strategies.
* Support pupils’ academic and personal development, promoting independence, resilience and a positive attitude to learning.
* Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, providing regular feedback to both students and parents/guardians to ensure continuous improvement.
* Support pupils with specific learning needs, adapting teaching methods and materials where necessary to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
* Contribute to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities and school events where appropriate.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all pupils.
Pupil’s Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
* A strong passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students’ lives.
* Experience in teaching or a similar educational role is desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
* A proven track record of differentiating learning to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, assess and deliver lessons effectively.
* Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Have an updated CV (with two relevant references from the last two years and covering the last ten years barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one).
