Friday – 08:00 – 15:30
Overtime may be required during busy periods.

Production Supervisor Summary
Our client in Halstead, Colchester are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join their team in a busy factory. Working closely with the Manager, the successful candidate will oversee daily operations on the factory floor. This role requires strong leadership skills, flexibility, and the ability to promote a positive and enthusiastic working environment. The ideal candidate would not be afraid to get their hands dirty and help on the machines when needed. Must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment specifically in sheet metal work.
