Red Bull UK are recruiting for a OTG High Street & Specialty National Account Executive to be based in the UK.
The National Account Executive is responsible for achieving volume, profit, and net revenue targets, interacting closely with the wider Red Bull business, including National Account teams, Net Revenue Management, Logistics, Finance, Brand, and Category. The strategic direction of the company is to be followed, with particular emphasis on the key pillars within the On-The-Go Channel. This role focuses on managed business and progressing our current customer base, but new business also forms part of the role.
Supporting the National Account Manager, the role is crucial to the overall delivery of the High Street and Specialty plan. The NAE will be responsible for the day-to-day management of traditional High Street and Specialty retailers, with full P&L accountability. The role is central to the development and creation of joint business plans to deliver profitable growth, as well as building and maintaining customer relationships.

* Deliver growth targets driven by business plans that are aligned with and relevant to your customers and Red Bull's priorities. Evaluate activity within the account and apply learnings.
* Forecast, drive growth, and track the development of the account to make well-informed, accurate, and timely business decisions. Ensure accurate forecasts of base and promotional volume and point-of-sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation.
* Proactively manage the customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress, including for new business opportunities. Conduct timely meetings with key contacts to ensure the development of the overall business plan. Contacts will include, but not be limited to, Commercial, Logistics, Category, Finance, and Operations.
* Build and maintain an internal contact strategy to help meet overall account KPIs. This includes collaboration with eCommerce, Field Sales, Category, Logistics, Finance, Brand, and Shopper teams.
* Become an expert in Online, Category, Consumer, and Customer, covering both your customer and Red Bull. Make positive decisions based on insights both sought and made available. Work closely with internal category contacts and confidently utilise data and insights.
* Be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade, and Red Bull, and mirror the brand values to deliver an enhanced brand perception at all times.
