Job Description To support the Infrastructure Programme Management Office (IPMO) function by gathering artefacts for an information hub and carrying out activities in relation to the Naval Base (NB) Infrastructure Programme to include, but not limited to, the below activities: Tracking and reporting – support the IPMO Manager in maintaining 1-year, 3-year and 10-year iterations of the NB Infrastructure Programme, which reflect all relevant Maintain, Sustain and Change initiatives. Contribute to the tracking of measurements and report progress against the dossier of projects within the NB Infrastructure Programme. Information Management - maintain copies of all programme information; including quality and assurance management documentation; and programme performance and progress documentation, clearly accessible within an electronic library of programme information. This should include relevant information regarding all elements of the Infrastructure Portfolio, including the Babcock Capex Programme, where required for visibility. Investment Appraisals - Understand the requirements of JSP655 Investment Appraisals, and HMNB(D) Business Management processes applicable to the approval of Business Cases and Major / Capital Project delivery. In line with these requirements, track and monitor the progress of projects through the Approvals and Scrutiny processes, ensuring the capture of effective Programme Approvals Strategies, Business Cases and supporting documentation such as Review and Information Notes, in accordance with these processes. Financial accounting - assist the IPMO Manager with budget control, contributing to and providing status reports on relevant sub-programmes within the NB Infrastructure Programme as part of the Infrastructure Portfolio. Risk and issue tracking - The central hub for update control of all Asset Delivery Risk Registers, including MDALs and other Risk information as required. Analyse interfaces and critical dependencies between projects and sub-programmes and recommend appropriate actions to the IPMO Manager. Stakeholder Management - Maintain an up-to-date list of stakeholders and their interests relevant to the Infrastructure Programme. This should include working with the Asset Delivery Team leads to develop and align a stakeholder management strategy relevant to the entirety of Nuclear and Non-Nuclear Asset project delivery.
