Sales Manager – New Build Homes Location: Cornwall Salary: £50,000-£55,000 & Car package Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time About the Role Sphere Solutions is working with a luxury house builder to recruit an experienced Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the sales process for high-end new-build homes, working closely with customers, solicitors, and construction teams to ensure a seamless home-buying experience. This role will be split between the office and site, sites are based around the Mid and North Cornwall. Key Responsibilities Drive sales of bespoke new-build homes, ensuring targets are met. Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry to handover. Build strong relationships with buyers, solicitors, and consultants. Provide expert guidance to customers on property specifications and customisation options. Ensure all sales transactions comply with regulations and company policies. Produce sales reports and present updates to senior management. Requirements Proven sales experience in property, new homes, or construction. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple sales processes and meet targets. Full UK driving licence What's in it for You?
