ABC Teachers are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a role in a lovely SEND school, specialising in Autism, starting in the New Year.
About the Role:
* 1:1 Support: Primarily working in-class with students who have Autism, tailoring support to their unique needs.
* Inclusive Environment: Adapting to individual needs to create a nurturing and engaging learning atmosphere.
* Collaborative Approach: Working closely with the class teacher to develop innovative strategies that support student progress.
* Flexibility: This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, with ongoing opportunities for the right candidate. Flexible roles are also available.

All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
