We are looking for care assistants to work from 8pm to 8am during the week, including every other weekend.

As a Care Assistant, you will carry out several responsibilities and duties:
1. Helping support residents with getting ready for the day, outings, and activities while promoting their independence.
2. Accompanying residents on outings to shops, for walks, into the gardens, and caring for their well-being.
3. Working with families to understand each resident's needs, desires, and purpose in their daily lives.
4. Accompanying residents with indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring they enjoy a variety of activities including drawing, quizzes, gardening, walks, and bowling.
5. Being the individual who supports the residents, keeping them company and their purpose in life strong.
6. Keeping the residents safe while respecting their individuality and integrity.
