Join our dynamic team as a Social Worker (Looked After Children) and help us provide high-quality care and support to children in care, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
Within this role you will manage a diverse caseload of looked after children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met. Furthermore, you will develop and implement care plans in partnership with children, families, and multi-agency teams to secure the best outcomes.

As this is a statutory role you are required to have a Social Work qualification and full registration to SWE.
