This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in finance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth operation of purchase ledger services and wider finance activities for an ongoing contract. The Role: As a Finance Assistant, you will: Process purchase invoices Handle bank transactions and manage cash books. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve internal and supplier queries. Prepare and distribute purchase ledger and payment reports. Assist with invoice scanning and ensure accurate record-keeping. Support the finance team with ad-hoc duties What We’re Looking For: Essential: Experience in a similar role with strong purchase ledger knowledge. Excellent numeracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining spreadsheets and generating reports.
