You will manage compliance and administration, ensure the store remains well-maintained, and create an engaging work environment. There may also be opportunities to support other stores within your area. The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and a results-driven mindset. Experience in managing and inspiring a team is essential, along with the ability to problem-solve, make confident decisions, and drive sales. Strong communication skills and commercial awareness are important, as is a flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late shifts. The position is paying a basic salary up to £40,000. there is a 10% bonus structure paid quarterly.
