What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
Monitoring of email inbox, replying to queries, saving down invoices.
Processing invoices (average 1400 invoices a month).
Credit Card reconciliations.
Weekly supplier payment runs.
Process proforma invoices for faster payments.
Weekly payroll cover
Suitable candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Some prior experience in accounts, specifically with purchase ledger.
The willingness to be hands on and support within a small team.
Due to the office locations candidates will need to have access to a car.
