Revolution Electric Press is looking for a Sales Manager to lead the team and continue the amazing success the existing team have achieved in the last year. Revolution is a well-known staple in Leeds, offering food all day, the best cocktails and happy hour in the town, along with a variety of stunning features throughout the venue. The venue has plenty of bookable spaces for all kinds of parties, from large Christmas bookings, to themed brunch events and student socials, and even just making sure someone’s lunch is the best experience it can be, there is plenty of opportunity for a targeted and driven Sales Manager to get stuck into. You’ll need to be guest focused, have a great eye for detail and confident and proactive to approach new guests and businesses.
Our Sales Managers are our first impression for our guests, whether on the phone when making a booking or greeting them into our venues. We are looking for a gracious and welcoming individual that takes pride in making a great first impression. You'll be responsible for the venue's pre booked revenue strategy, working to fill declining sessions and maximising every revenue opportunity. You will be a great networker and become the go to person in the city for corporate events and personal celebrations. Building relationships with local businesses will be a large part of the job role, and can include proactive calls, business visits, attending networking events and hosting lunches and showarounds in venue. The role is a salaried, full time (Monday-Friday) position with an additional uncapped bonus scheme paid quarterly.
What will you be responsible for?
The proactive side to sales in our business
Ensuring the delivery of pre-booked revenue targets by up selling at every opportunity and maintaining high conversion rates.
Creating and delivering the pre booked revenue strategy for the venue
Identifying new customers and attracting them to the business with all the tools provided
Management of our database using current data and growing new contacts
Building relationships with key clients and local corporates through networking events, business calls, hosted lunches, office visits and LinkedIn

Knowledge and experience in hospitality or sales is preferred, but not essential as regular training is provided
