Commercial Property Administration Assistant Manchester (Office-based, Permanent) Salary up to £27,000 We are currently seeking a motivated and organised Commercial Property Administration Assistant to join a dynamic Solicitors Real Estate Commercial department based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to support a busy team of fee earners by assisting with a wide variety of property transactions, including sales, purchases, landlord and tenant matters, and contributing to the growth and success of the department and the firm. The ideal Commercial Property Administration Assistant candidate will have prior experience in a post-completion role, be proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Word), and possess excellent organisational and communication skills. Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Administration Assistant : Order conveyancing searches and Land Registry title documentation Assist with document production and distribution Handle billing and general accounts administration, including chasing payments from clients Open new files and input new instructions Maintain and update the Case Management system in line with team procedures Carry out scanning, filing, photocopying, binding, and archiving/closing of files Support with post-completion tasks, including Land Registry registrations, requisitions, and Companies House searches Contribute to the ongoing development of the department Manage both electronic and physical post, ensuring it is allocated appropriately in the case management system This Commercial Property Administration Assistant position is a full-time, office-based role at our clients Manchester office in Spinningfields.
