A market-leading UK property maintenance company based in Macclesfield is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the business and support in the management of all types of residential and commercial properties throughout the UK. We are looking for an office administrator or trainee office administrator.
No experience is necessary as full training will be provided, but a can-do attitude and a professional approach to work are essential. The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and be highly organised; we will give you all the training and support you need to flourish in the role.
Responsibilities following training will include:
* Working as part of a larger team ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner
* Maintaining accurate records at all times
* Building relationships with both our suppliers and clients
* The ability to multi-task and problem solve are key attributes
* Supporting the team in the management of maintenance on properties
Benefits
In return for your commitment and hard work, you will receive a salary circa £25,000, discretionary bonus, generous company pension scheme, private healthcare, and a 5-day working week, Monday to Friday, in our Macclesfield office. Hybrid working is available on completion of training.
