•Plan workload within Airstairs Workshop
•Ensuring documentation is completed correctly IAW with maintenance & company procedures
•Ensuring company procedures, policies, regulations, Part 145 MOE Part 21 POE are enforced
•Assess and evaluate production requirements
•Prioritise tasks & management of technical jobs
•Ordering & progressing spares
•Develop skills of all staff, including trainee mechanics and stamp holders
•Assist with & carry out production tasks where required
•Any additional tasks allocated by management
Requirements
•MRO or Aircraft workshop or production experience essential
•Previous experience of supervising / managing manpower essential
•Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
•Experienced and competent using tooling and carrying out technical jobs
•Excellent spoken and written English is essential
•Willing to work shifts (including nights)
•Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
