OHUK are currently looking to recruit a Receptionist Administrator for a fast paced building services sub-contractor in the Sutton area.
This is a full time office based position to join an established and welcoming team.
Responsibilities:
* Greeting clients and directing them to relevant department
* Managing incoming calls, ensuring all relevant parties receive the message
* Assisting with purchase orders for the company
* Managing inboxes
* Liaising with relevant departments
* Keeping front of house area clean and tidy
* Arranging meeting rooms
* Use of Microsoft packages
Requirements:
* Previous experience within front of house receptionist work
* Strong with Microsoft packages
* Organised individual
* Able to commute to the Sutton area on a daily basis
