Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join The Princess Alexandra Hospital as a Business Change Manager working within the Clinical Support Services Division. This role is an opportunity to become part of a team of Business Change Managers that are embedded within the trusts clinical divisions supporting the delivery of the Trust's strategic goals outlined in PAHT2030, including a new hospital for Harlow and our wider communities. Main duties of the job You will work with the Clinical Support Services Division on all aspects of business management including the production and delivery of business plans and key business and financial projects. The post will be central to implementing the vision of the Trust and supporting specialities with delivering their clinical strategies. The post will contribute to the development of the overall strategic direction of services with a particular focus on pathway development, Quality Improvement Programs, data analysis and clinical effectiveness.
