Job Summary
Strive AV Limited are an award-winning Audio-Visual integrator who work with clients in both the public and private sector, and have also recently launched an exciting online element to the business, (TopAV).
The Finance Manager will report to the Owner/Managing Director.
Duties
* Oversight of the credit controller, and sales ledger
* Oversight of the purchase ledger, and involvement in queries that arise
* Review of supplier statement reconciliations
* Processing of bank payments
* Daily cashflow management
* Processing credit cards and expenses
* Reconciliation of bank and invoice financing statements/ledger
* Entry of journals to Xero for depreciation, stock, prepayments, etc
* Full reconciliation of month end from our ERP system to our accounting system
* Production of detailed management accounts, including departmental reporting
* Production of annual budgets, and variance analysis
* Completion of the VAT return
* Dealing with the year-end accountants
* Management and renewal of company insurances
* Involvement with HR/payroll
* Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in financial management or a similar role within the finance sector.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning, accounting principles, and cost control measures.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player.
* Proficient in financial software with advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Strong work ethic.
We are looking for a Finance Manager with at least five years experience in a similar role, but not necessarily experience in the Audio Visual industry. Accountancy qualifications will be considered but are not a pre-requisite. This is an office-based role on a full-time basis located in East Grinstead.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
