Our client, an innovative and award-winning Chartered Wealth Management Company, are looking for a Senior Manager to head up a team of regulated Financial Advisers and support staff. The successful candidate will be working alongside the current director and taking on part of his role when he retires later this year. The initial focus is to develop and grow their team of Employed Advisers but you will also be expected to be integral to the company’s ambitious expansion plans. Essential Skills and Experience: Diploma Level 4 (DipPFS or equivalent) with a desire to become Chartered, plus a successful track record of offering Financial Advice to High Net Worth clients Experience of recruiting and managing a team of Financial Advisers including coaching and training with a focus on the development of soft skills and key competencies. A track record of monitoring progress to ensure targets are met. Ability to establish respect and credible relationships with other department managers demonstrating professionalism and gravitas.
