About us
We are a proud Western Australian success story and a family centred practice. TSH (formally Telethon Speech & Hearing) provides integrated services for children with hearing loss and/or speech and language difficulties from newborns to 18-year-olds. A team of education professionals work collaboratively alongside allied health professionals to empower children to hear, communicate, connect and learn.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a permanent full time Marketing and Content Coordinator to ensure TSH is well-known as a preferred provider in the community for speech, language and hearing support. The role will work closely with leaders in our schools program, our speech, OT and audiology clinics and regional ear health programs to promote our family centred, evidence informed and community driven services.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Services, this role will also provide mentoring and support to a marketing graduate and be a key point of contact with our partner agency.
Key responsibilities include:
* Content Development – Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Ad Hoc Graphic Design – Design visually appealing graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, ensuring consistency with our brand identity.
* Content Writing – Write compelling and relevant copy for blogs, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and other communications.
* EDM Campaigns – Develop and execute email marketing (EDM) campaigns, analysing performance and optimising strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
* Annual Report – Assist in the creation of the annual report, including writing, design, and layout, working closely with other departments to showcase achievements and impact.
* Fundraising Campaigns – Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, including digital and print collateral, and contribute creative ideas to increase donor engagement and support.
* PR and Media Relations – Help manage relationships with media outlets, write press releases, and coordinate media opportunities to raise the organisation’s public profile.
* Work with the Team – Collaborate closely with the support team to prioritise tasks, ensuring the successful delivery of the marketing strategy. Coordinate efforts to execute campaigns, events, and key projects efficiently, aligning with the organisation’s goals and timelines.
About You
You will be an experienced marketing professional who demonstrates clear independence and initiative, in order to source, develop and create quality content for internal and external communication. Excellent written communication skills combined with a creative approach to storytelling are key requirements for success in this role.
Additional requirements for this role include:
* Proven experience in content creation for digital and print platforms.
* Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
* Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Experience with email marketing platforms.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience in the not-for-profit sector or in fundraising campaigns is desirable, as is knowledge of content marketing strategies.
