Salary: Up to £35,000
Location: Milton Keynes, with hybrid working arrangement
Working Pattern: 3 days in office, 2 days remote
About the Role
I am working with a fantastic Insurance brokerage who are seeking an experienced and motivated Life Insurance Broker to join their dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build your career in a flexible working environment, combining office-based and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise clients on suitable life insurance products tailored to their needs
2. Conduct thorough fact-finding interviews with clients
3. Analyse clients' situations and recommend appropriate coverage
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings
5. Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Requirements
1. Circa 5 years experience as a Life Insurance Broker
2. Cert CII qualification is desirable but not a necessity
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
6. Proficiency in Acturis is desired but not necessary
