Snows Motor Group - Dealership Host (Portsmouth)

We are currently seeking a highly personable and dynamic individual with first-class customer handling skills to manage our busy Portsmouth showroom reception as a Dealership Host for Snows BMW.
The Dealership Host is an operational member of the Administration and Support teams at Volvo and will provide administrative support to the business, greeting customers upon arrival and directing them to the relevant department within the dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Greeting all customers warmly and professionally, qualifying their needs to connect them with the appropriate staff member swiftly.
2. Ensuring all visitors (excluding customers) sign into the visitors’ book and are issued a visitors’ badge.
3. Collecting visitors’ names for personal introductions and ensuring staff are introduced to customers, welcoming customers by name when possible.
4. Offering refreshments where appropriate.
5. Updating customer records regularly on the ADP system.
6. Entering sales customers into the showroom log to meet CRM objectives.
7. Supporting dealership events such as new car launches and used car weekends.
8. Performing administrative duties as needed.
9. Assisting with answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department or individual.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proficiency with PC, Microsoft Office, and web applications.
* Good planning and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and high-quality work standards.
* Excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Working Hours:
Tuesday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 30 minutes for lunch), alternate weekends; Saturday: 08:30 - 17:30 (with 30 minutes for lunch); Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00.
