Position Overview
As Head of Estates, you will lead as the primary customer relationship manager for a mixed-use property portfolio across the Midlands and Wales. You'll manage a team of four Building Surveyors, a Facilities Manager, and further support from the wider matrix team. Your role will have a significant and meaningful impact across a diverse range of environments, including commercial properties, charity shops, and care homes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the management of a mixed-use property portfolio.
2. Oversee a team of Building Surveyors and Facilities Manager.
3. Manage reactive and planned maintenance across portfolios.
4. Foster strong customer relationships.
5. Collaborate with a national team of property experts.
Qualifications
1. Extensive experience in technical property management.
2. Background in building surveying or construction.
3. Experience managing operational and program-level maintenance.
