We are seeking a motivated individual to work across teams to ensure that colleagues and stakeholders receive the right information to provide customers with accurate, expert, and impartial advice about available funding.
This role will involve regularly producing and updating resources for specialist renewables advisors, customers and stakeholders within the Home Energy Scotland network and contributing to newsletters and marketing materials. The successful candidate will manage key web tool development projects, including the Renewables Installer Finder and Home Renewable Selector, while coordinating engagement between the Scottish Home Renewables Team and the digital team.
You will also produce and analyse performance statistics for relevant projects, ensuring tight deadlines are met, and provide updates and written reports to stakeholders. A key part of the role is applying expertise in policy, consumer trends, funding schemes, and microgeneration technologies, offering valuable input into the strategic development of new customer offerings and working closely with stakeholders.
What you’ll do
You will help drive the adoption and understanding of low and zero-emission home heating systems and other home renewables among Scottish homeowners and landlords. You will also play a key part in further developing Energy Saving Trust’s reputation and impact in this vital area.
The programme of work includes a range of projects, such as the Home Energy Scotland specialist advice service covering renewables, energy storage, and energy efficiency, the Home Energy Scotland advice service for private landlords, and the renewables web tools, including the Renewables Installer Finder and Home Renewables Selector. Additionally, you will be involved in the Green Networks for Homes and Businesses programme.
