Our services run 24/7, 365 days a year, and due to recent changes, our service has expanded to meet the needs of the people accessing our provision.
About the job
The Senior Supported Accommodation Officer position is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to manage an accommodation provision provided to vulnerable single people.
The post will have responsibility over all aspects of managing a supported accommodation unit including building management, housing management, staff management, and budget responsibility. We are recruiting for one permanent post and one temporary post for a period of six months.
What We Are Looking For From You
We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and creative individuals with the ability to foster positive relationships. The post holder will need to have team management experience and the ability to lead and support a busy team.
This is an exciting opportunity and we are looking for a variety of people from various working backgrounds to make a real difference. Proven experience of working with people with complex behaviours and an understanding of the issues faced by homeless individuals will be an advantage.
The working environment can be challenging, so the ability to remain calm under pressure will be an advantage. The role will require the successful candidate to support the management team with all aspects of the service.
