Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert support and guidance. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with experience in financial services, particularly within the mortgage or loan industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Assist customers with queries relating to mortgages, loans, and related financial products.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Resolve complaints or escalate issues when necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Educate customers on our products, services, and policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

* Experience: Proven background in financial services, ideally with mortgages or loan products.
* Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping people.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Flexibility: Willingness to work from our Birmingham office three days per week.
