Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for all customer service-related enquiries, you will be supporting the digital team to ensure that information on the website is accurate and kept up to date.

First point of contact for all customer service enquiries and responding in a timely and professional manner.
To always provide a high level of customer service when dealing with any internal or external requests
Replying to general inquiries and managing following mailboxes for the company: Customer Service - including providing e-commerce and customer service support, coordinating emails between the e-commerce/dispatch centre, customers and the digital/e-commerce team
Replying to customers queries, dealing with the complaints in polite and professional manner.
