Role: CRM Analyst – Campaign and Personalised Offers - Condor Contract: Fixed-term - 18 Months Level : 6 Shift pattern: Full Time - 5 days in Office Location: Nottingham Support Office Hours: 37.50 Closing date: 31st March 2025 Recruitment Partner: Matthew Nelligan About the role The Marketing Condor Implementation team is looking to recruit a Campaign Analyst for 18 months to help transform our campaigns and personalised offers within the Customer Marketing team. You will be working on the plan to evaluate campaign and offer effectiveness, looking at how we transition and optimise each as part of the platform migration. As we progress you will support a training / coaching plan to embed new ways of working into the marketing function. This role is critical in evaluating the impact we have on customer behaviour, campaign performance, and overall business profitability. What you’ll need to have These are the essential skills or experience needed to succeed in this role. Campaign and offer migration: Build and implement personalised marketing campaigns and digital offers using new capabilities to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue growth. Developing a strong understanding of the programme and new systems: Act as a change champion for the marketing function, using your knowledge of new platforms and processes to advise and train others. Performance and customer value analysis: Ensuring the continued analysis of campaigns and personalised offers, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Relevant experience in a marketing or analytics role, or a degree with quantitative elements Technical ability, with proficiency in marketing and/or CRM platforms Problem solving and attention to detail, the ability to identify problems and develop solutions Confidence talking to others and building relationship.
