Full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities include:
* Committee Support: Attend meetings, manage audio recording/streaming, and produce agendas/minutes.
* Administrative Support: Provide support and advice to Members.
* Decision Records: Process all decision-making records.
* FOI Requests: Handle FOI requests and manage the FOI database.
* Corporate Complaints: Coordinate responses to corporate complaints.
* Registers Maintenance: Maintain registers of Members' Interests and Parish Councils' Interests.
* County Council Liaison: Support temporary road/footpath orders.
* Emergency Telephone Operation: Coordinate out-of-hours emergency operations.
* Assist Principal Officer: Support the Principal Democratic Services Officer and deputize in their absence.
* Data Protection Compliance: Ensure compliance with Data Protection and FOI legislation.
* Independent Remuneration Panel: Support the panel and arrange meetings.
* Member Induction: Assist with Member induction post-elections.
* Resilience Planning: Support Resilience Planning under the Civil Contingencies Act.
* Professional Development: Pursue continuing professional development.
