RLE International is working on behalf of their Essex based Automotive Client, who are currently looking for a Product Order Guide Analyst to support and join their expanding team. Position Description: Product Order Guide Analyst £26.75 (via Umbrella PAYE) increasing to £32.32 after 12 weeks under AWR’s – Agency Worker Regulations. Provide markets with Order Guides and orderable vehicle configurations (known as Pre-Configured Vehicles or PCVs) for all GOaLS ordering non-US sourced vehicles. Manage new `Model Year changes and ad hoc running changes and update market Order Guides and PCV’s accordingly. Work with vehicle production scheduling to ensure orders are correct and buildable. Update the non-US source product timing chart for cross-department reference (pricing, export programming, allocation etc). Validate PCV setup to ensure that product requirements are accurately reflected for each ordering market. Action cascade requests to support Fleet deals and cross regional ordering. Other key responsibilities: Review applicable published Product Description Letters (PDL’s), and update Order Guides and PCV’s to reflect the latest product changes and design intent. Liaise with Export Programming and Pricing teams in each customer CBG to align on timing assumptions. Update Order Guides as necessary to reflect new Model Years or running change actions that impact upon product specifications. Introduce new PCV specifications as required to support incremental business opportunities. Check product specifications in the appropriate Ford systems to ensure accuracy of information and conduct regular audits of PCV setup, to minimise risk of incorrect builds. Review and validate communications materials (brochures, adverts etc) for product accuracy. Maintain tasks and audit check records in SharePoint (preferred team collaboration tool). Skills Required: Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Power Point applications – computer literate Strong oral and written communication skills Interaction with marketing customers around the globe. Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with attention to detail Data analysis and interpretation. Good business acumen to understand the context and processes for product delivery. Motivated self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Ability to work remotely and as part of a team located in multiple time zones essential. Experience Preferred: Knowledge of: GOaLS, GEMSL, VISTA is preferred but not essential. Understanding of the automotive industry an advantage but not essential.
