Job Title: Relief Planner Administrative Assistant Salary: £13.69 P/H PAYE (Inclusive of Holiday Pay) | £15.65 LTD Umbrella Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Type: Temporary Ongoing Location: Doncaster, DN2 | Hybrid (2 Days in Office & 3 Days WFH) Start Date: ASAP We’re looking for an experienced and resilient Relief Planner Administrative Assistant to join a fast-paced Repairs and Maintenance team. This role is vital in supporting the delivery of essential housing services to residents across Doncaster, ensuring value for money and outstanding customer service are maintained. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality administrative and scheduling support within the Property Services directorate. Use the Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) system to allocate and manage workloads efficiently. Maintain accurate records and systems, ensuring real-time updates for scheduling and reporting. Act as first point of contact for customer and internal enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication. Process orders, invoices, payments and generate performance reports. Administer customer payment reimbursements with precision. Provide cover for the Works Planner, ensuring optimal use of schedules and liaising with operatives and customers. Coordinate delivery of services across departments and maintain strong inter-team communication. Demonstrate the organisation’s core values and behaviours in every task undertaken. Support safeguarding procedures by attending training and reporting concerns as required.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 3 GCSEs or equivalent; Level 2 NVQ in Administration, Housing or Maintenance is desirable. Essential: Experience in repairs and maintenance services, and working under pressure in a busy office environment. Beneficial: Experience within the housing sector. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proficiency in IT systems, especially DRS or other scheduling platforms. Able to work independently, solve problems proactively, and prioritise effectively.Additional Requirements: Must be flexible and adaptable to changing service demands.
