Main duties of the job
Weare looking for a Business Support Assistant to work within our Primary CareNetwork, to provide comprehensive business and administration support, workingalongside our Business Manager, Clinical Director, and wider PCN team. You wont be on your own.
We want to hear from people who have a proventrack record in Financial and HR administration, office management, includingproperty and contracts liaison, IT logistics, data input, developing proceduresand setting up new services for our local population. This is a varied role, requiring a diverseskill mix and therefore you should have passion and creativity to help shapeand build our exciting, new, holistic services for North Kerrier East PrimaryCare Network

Job responsibilities
The PCN Business Support Assistant is an integral part of supporting the development of and operational management of the PCN.
Primary duties and areas of responsibility:
Support the PCN Business Manager with HR and Financial administration;
1. Processing and paying invoices;
2. Online banking reconciliations;
3. HR administration.
Line management of the Care Coordination team.
Support the PCN Business Manager with the development of policies and procedures, for the PCN workforce teams in collaboration with practices.
Support the PCN Business Manager with the overview of contracts, SLAs and MOUs ensuring compliance with DPA and Governance.
Support the PCN Business Manager to set up systems to be compliant with legislation.
Support the PCN Business Manager with new service developments working in partnership with practices.
Support the PCN Business Manager with the day to day running of the PCN and associated infrastructure eg IT/Phones/Estates/team support/minuting meetings.
Deputise in periods of absence.

4. Business/Finance/HR Administration/Supervisory qualification minimum Level 3 or above or significant proven experience.
5. Significant proven experience IT and Microsoft Office experience over 3 years.
