Are you an experienced manager in children's home settings looking to elevate your career? An exciting opportunity awaits you to lead an established children's home in Stockport, providing care for up to 3 children. We seek a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to high childcare standards and effective placement matching. Our focus is on creating a compassionate environment for vulnerable children, not just filling beds. Currently, the home has 2 children placed and is looking to welcome a 3rd. The company has been successfully operating for over 15 years.

As the Registered Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape our cutting-edge children's home, implement your vision, and build a team that complements your management style.
Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
•Oversee the management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards.
•Maintain exceptional care standards for children and young people.
•Manage referrals and independently handle appropriate placements.
•Conduct reviews and facilitate meetings.
•Provide comprehensive staff induction, supervise trained personnel, offer mentorship, and conduct assessments.

Preferred Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have managerial experience in children's services, particularly with complex needs and challenging behaviours. A Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification in Children & Young People is highly desirable.
