Overview As part of a re-organisation of the finance team based in the UK, we require support to help with monthly deliverables associated with compensation/ incentives reporting as well as supporting a number of other group deliverables. The current team supports the region in a number of aspects of reporting and consolidation and liaises with the local finance teams to gain insight the numbers. We also This is quite a varied role covering the management of the incentive calculations for all the sales team across the region that is performed solely in the UK. It will also cover support for the recent transfer of the U&C business and a number of central reporting requirement Responsibilities Overview of the incentives calculation and load process to cover: Calculation of sales accruals on a monthly basis for the region Review the incentive numbers submitted to the Xactly system monthly Act as focal point for all queries relating to incentives for the region Help set the incentive targets for the following year in Q4 by working with the FP&A manager. Work with the sales commission teams on the new deferral process out of Xactly Support the production of the revenue by product and by customer including a full reconciliation of the results to the management reports Oversee the production of the EAM pack commenting on revenue, margins, operating costs etc. Produce the U&C pack for review and distribution each month to senior management. Ownership of the chart of accounts across Europe including updating for new developments Own the European Web reports alterations. Support the European finance teams with queries in respect of loads into the OneStream system. Oversight of the maintenance reporting process and Accounts Receivable follow up with the wider European team. Involvement in the annual recharge process including the production of the annual recharge summary. Manage 1 member of staff. Education / Qualifications Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Experience working in a multinational company would be an advantage. Excellent written and spoken English, a confident and concise communicator who has experience of dealing with both finance and non-finance management. Able to maintain strong and influential working relations with staff and business partners that may be located outside of UK. Self-motivated individual that is looking for a role that will challenge and reward. Ability to take on and own tasks to completion. Good attention to detail and an all-round understanding of accounting and consolidation. Strong excel skills including power pivot queries. The ability to communicate clearly to all levels of staff and explain complex accounting matters in clear terms to non-finance staff. Good IT application skills and experience.
