The Role As an SDR, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and supporting their growth by engaging prospects and qualifying leads. This role is perfect for someone who is comfortable with high numbers of outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach—and who genuinely enjoys the challenge of meeting and exceeding targets. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling to identify and qualify potential clients Book qualified meetings for the business development team. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using their CRM system Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimise outreach strategies Report on activity levels and key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals What They Are Looking For: Previous experience in a sales development or lead generation role. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high volumes of outbound activity A results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets Excellent communication skills and ability to engage prospects confidently Organised and proficient in CRM tools and lead tracking What’s On Offer: Basic salary up to £30,000 with commission structure Career growth and development opportunities within a supportive team Training to help you develop your sales and outreach skills Remote based or hybrid working.
