Now, this is where you fit in… The Technical Product Analyst – HR Applications will support key HR applications through both project delivery, continuous improvements and Business As Usual (BAU) support working closely with the HR Applications Team and other members of the Enterprise Applications team. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with HR teams to elicit requirements and provide expertise on CAG’s HR applications Elicit, understand and challenge BCA and customer business processes and, in conjunction with business stakeholders and Solution Architects from both BCA and the customer, propose and agree modifications where appropriate to allow a more efficient/more performant/more secure/more resilient or simply feasible solution to be put in place Convert business requirements into practical solutions, delivering high quality products that are fit for purpose, robust and secure Collaborate with project teams, colleagues and architecture team to create, design and deliver HR Applications Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and support HR applications working closely with the Finance & HR Applications support team and IT Service Desk Work with colleagues to create technical designs, writing acceptance criteria, performing test driven development and breaking deliverables down into smaller units of work Share knowledge and provide training, mentoring and coaching with colleagues across the group Contribute to the development of best practise governance processes Identify, at a high level, where there are gaps in existing systems and what work would be needed to deliver project requirements. When presented with solutions, ensure that due Populate Product Backlogs to summarise the objectives, outline business case, scope and other components of new demand items Support Project / Product Managers in the delivery of IT Projects and Product changes Work with project/product teams, including Project/Product Manager and contributors to the project/product both within Group IT and the wider business, to get to the root of requirements, flesh out all details and document accordingly for the Project/Product team Input into the prioritization of product backlog items to ensure maximum benefit to the business and system users Actively participate in maturing the Group IT way of working, in conjunction with colleagues, to drive continuous improvement Knowledge and Experience: Required Skills: Knowledge of one or more of Zellis Resourcelink (core HCM & Payroll), UKG Workforce Management Pro, Power BI and Power Platform Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills Ability and desire to share knowledge and provide expertise to your Drive - enthusiastic and driven with a desire to succeed and to help others to succeed.
