Our client formed in 1999 are one of the largest independent enforcement agents in the country offering a local and nationwide service to Local Authorities clients as a growing organisation they are now looking for experienced Collection agents to join their team at their offices in Northampton What will you be doing? Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be part of a busy Contact Centre Team, working to negotiate payments with debtors to clear and update the files as efficiently as possible, in accordance with agreed business targets.
