Role purpose:
* IoT Revenue Growth: Drive expansion of IoT revenues by deeply understanding customer strategies and goals, and aligning Vodafone's offerings to meet their needs.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and influence relationships across the customer stakeholder matrix, fostering peer-to-peer collaboration between Vodafone and clients.
* IoT Expertise Application: Leverage strong technical knowledge of IoT to showcase business outcomes and ROI for customers, driving adoption across multiple industries
Who you are Key accountabilities and decision ownership
* Understanding of key market verticals and how IoT can support your customer's needs.
* Accountable for activating, protecting, retaining, and growing solution IoT services into UK Business companies, requiring an understanding of customer needs and strategic objectives.
* Accountable for engagement including reviews across internal and customer peers to expand relationships and revenue streams developing aligned development plans.
* Drive new use cases and business into the existing customer base through the IoT-managed connectivity portfolio.
* Accountable for new customers' experience to activate into the developer team.
Core competencies, knowledge, and experience
* Track record of identifying customer needs and delivering IoT solutions that drive digital transformation and operational improvements.
* Skilled in articulating how IoT solutions translate to measurable ROI and align with business objectives, ensuring sustainable growth.
* In-depth knowledge of industry-specific challenges and trends, enabling tailored IoT solutions that address the unique needs of each vertical.
* Effective in presenting complex IoT concepts to senior decision-makers, building trust, and gaining buy-in from external partners.
* Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, product) to align efforts and ensure seamless solution delivery.
* Focused on enhancing the customer experience, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities that drive revenue.
* Proficient in pricing, contract negotiation, and identifying commercial opportunities, while ensuring solutions remain profitable and scalable.
