About the role
TEC Partnership have been successfully awarded the simplified funding pilot ‘Project S’ along with 8 colleges nationally, growth of Skills Bootcamps is an objective of this pilot. The Group Skills Bootcamp Operations Lead will support the implementation, delivery and wrap around support of Skills Bootcamps. This role will mirror the successful wrap around support and administration from existing delivery to grow TEC Partnership Skills Bootcamps, supporting curriculum areas to provide training and support aligned with local and national demand for skills, ensuring that people have direct line of sight to a job and support people to get skills for life. The successful post holder will have successful experience of co-ordinating Skills Bootcamps or similar Government initiatives, stakeholder engagement and coordinating the administration and compliance for funded projects. This role will be varied, and each day will provide new opportunities to grow and develop. You will work closely with all TEC Partnership campus’, NET, Modal and Transafe Training providing high quality, agile, bespoke training. The role will have responsibility for administering a national Skills Bootcamp allocation including funding claims, audit and milestone tracking.
About the person
The successful candidate will ideally have experience coordinating and administering projects in particular Skills Bootcamps or similar Government funded initiatives. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Management qualification and experience of ESFA funding, financial regulations and processes and experience of working in the FE sector. Knowledge of Skills Bootcamp funding, audit and compliance is essential. The role will require frequent travel.
