We are looking for 2 experienced & reliable Construction Site Managers who have at least 5 years experience managing the delivery of high specification Construction Project packages You will be working for a Regional Principle Contractor who have direct relationships with each of their clients, subcontracting out specialist packages of works. Traditionally the company deliver projects across Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Warwickshire, Berks, Hampshire, Bucks, Surrey & Middlesex within the Formula 1, Commercial Office, Light Industrial & NHS sectors. Due to an increase in the volume of High Spec Construction & Fit Out Projects they need to recruit 2 Construction professionals to enhance the Project Delivery team. Initially the two people will be working on a £12 million high specification commercial office fit out. One of the Site Managers will be running some Construction Packages for a large building extension incorporating a new roof, ground works, structural frame & brick façade. The other Site Manager will be taking ownership of the strip out and high spec interior fit out of the existing building. The successful candidates must have strong construction site management experience on High End Construction & Fit Out Projects within the Commercial Office, Hotels, Private Hospitals or similar. They must also have experience of managing relationships with the client and their representatives. The successful candidates will be rewarded with a basic between £60000-£75000 (DOE) Electric Car /Car Allowance, Pension, Medical, 25 DH, Company Bonus.
