The Opportunity We are seeking a dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our school in Burntwood, delivering high-quality lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. Key Responsibilities Teach GCSE and A-Level Psychology, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons. Introduce students to key psychological theories, research methods, and case studies. Prepare students for exams and coursework, ensuring they reach their full potential. Encourage critical thinking and discussion on psychological concepts and their real-world applications. Support students with career aspirations in psychology, mental health, and social sciences. Contribute to curriculum development and work collaboratively within the department. Lead or support extracurricular activities such as psychology clubs or research projects. What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for psychology. The ability to make complex concepts engaging and accessible. A commitment to high-quality teaching and student success. Experience in leading or contributing to extracurricular activities is a plus.
