Facilities Manager, Hard Services Bias - FM - Nottingham - £42,860 Inclusive of Car Allowance plus excellent benefits\n\nThis company, a National player in the FM world, require a Facilities Manager to be based at their prestigious client site in Nottingham. There will be a requirement to cover 4 locations: Sheffield, Nottingham, Solihull & Cambridge. An outstanding opportunity to become part of truly first-rate facility and play an integral role in ensuring compliance for the delivery of Engineering Services Maintenance and Facilities Services on site.\n\nSalary: £42,860 Inclusive of Car Allowance plus excellent benefits \n\nBenefits: 25 days holidays + Bank holidays - Discount Shopping, Gym, Days Out, Extensive Learning & Development opportunities - including opportunities for progression, Company Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay.\n\nLocation: Nottingham, there will be a requirement to cover 4 locations: Sheffield, Nottingham, Solihull & Cambridge\n\nHours of work: 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday\n\nFacilities Manager Responsibilities:\n\nOperational management and development of all scoped works to include Critical plant replacements, Emergency procedures planning, Contingency planning, review of maintenance techniques, toward-run time and condition-based maintenance, Continuous review of subcontracted works, Activity risk assessment, Integration and Partnership Team Building.\nClose liaison with the client regarding the status of maintenance operations.\nEnsure the commercial viability and growth of the contract is achieved.\nChampion the IMS Quality System and ensure its compliance.\nAgree to undertake Authorised Person status and associated responsibilities.\nEnsure that technical staff induction and technical training including the delivery of H&S Toolbox Talks are undertaken.\nConduct staff performance appraisal of direct reports.\nAccident investigation, reporting and instigation of corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with Safe Systems of Work including Permit to Work systems and isolation procedures.The successful candidate:\n\nProven track record of operations management in a hard services FM environment\nTechnical background, ideally in an electrical or mechanical discipline\nGood IT skills\nGood interpersonal and customer relationships\nExceptional presentation and communication skills\nGood command of the English language, both orally and verbally\nA good understanding of H&S, Compliance and Audits\nClean, full UK driving license\nBIFM and experience with TUPE process would be desirableCarbon60, Lorien & SRG - The Impellam Group STEM Portfolio are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
