What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Head of Client Services to join and lead our Client Services team. The Client Services team at The Wild is the driving force behind the success of our accounts. We excel at understanding our client’s needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their goals. Our approach combines deep sector knowledge, strategic and creative insight, and outstanding project management to bring ideas to life. This role offers the chance to work with some of the world's most renowned brands, including Red Bull, Disney, Clarins, DFS and Pepsi.
To join the Client Services team at The WIld, you need to be a passionate, detail-oriented communications expert with a strong drive to deliver results!
Day to day:
You will oversee multiple high-profile accounts, fostering and growing relationships with both existing and new clients. Alongside leading and managing a small but mightly client services team.
What you'll be doing in the role as Head of Client Services;
Leadership
* Lead and manage the Client services team along with key internal stakeholders to deliver strategic direction across The Wild business, ensuring an integrated approach in ways of working as well as client management.
* Lead and manage a suite of ‘client pods’ and serve as the most- senior consultant across The Wild Business, building transformative relationships while identifying both current and future business needs.
* Foster a high-performance team and cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment, across key stakeholders, grounded in transparency and open communication, to inspire excellence
* Oversee and promote seamless collaboration across the ‘client pods’ ensuring consistent, high-quality outputs across all touchpoints.
* Commercial & Operational Excellence
* You will be responsible for driving client revenue growth and fostering organic expansion across key accounts, using The Wilds services and overseeing team profitability and client P&L management.
* Ensure the team structure is optimised in conjunction with the Operations Director, regularly evaluating resource levels and adapting the structure as necessary to meet future business objectives
* Lead operational excellence by ensuring governance compliance throughout the business. Collaborate with the team to proactively identify and implement processes that ensure quality control, and efficiently manage workstreams and deliverables across the entire organisation

* Monitoring and understanding your clients' markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity
* Proven track record in managing contracting and the execution of SOW’s
* Ensuring that campaigns run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly unexpected expenditure
What we need from you!
* Strong knowledge of social media, social-first and digital; how it works and the extent to which consumer conversation impacts major brands
* Extensive experience in account management within a Digital & Social Media environment
* Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
* Able to effectively manage client relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard, on time and on budget
* Experienced leader and a strong understanding of how to motivate and develop high performing teams.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.With the ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively
* Strategic thinking with a keen understanding of marketing trends and consumer behaviour.
* Able to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* The ability to work under pressure whilst keeping an eye for detail
