What’s involved?
As Reservations Manager you be responsible for managing the room inventories, allocations and F&B systems ensuring optimal revenue conversion for the business. You’ll prepare weekly arrival meetings, ensuring all requests are dealt accurately and monitor market segments whilst training and mentoring a small team. Proven understanding of STRs, pricing strategies, how to drive market share and working with OTAs is essential.
Ideally you need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reservations Manager from a 5star or luxury Hotel market, with excellent organisational skills and a good command of the English Language.
