Responsibilities:
As a Quality Technician, your mission will be to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities include:
* Conduct internal audits for ISO 9001 certification
* Generate and circulate Non-Conformance Reports
* Manage testing and reporting in line with retailer requirements
* Maintain technical databases and documentation
* Collaborate with stakeholders on quality assurance initiatives
* Uphold safety standards and promote a clean working environment
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade C or above in English, Maths, and a related subject
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in a textiles or factory environment
* Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
* Methodical and meticulous approach to work
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience with ISO 9001 auditing
* Familiarity with D365 Technical Specification database
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting
* Ability to produce high-quality written material
