We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join the Oxford Health Trust. The post holder will act as a professional, effective and efficient Receptionist and Administrator for the diverse group of services working within the Julier Centre in Bicester. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors attending the Julier Centre and will support with the flow of visitors in and out of the building, assisting patients and visitors with queries, and appointment management as required. The post holder will support with general administrative tasks for services using the building, in particular working closely with the North East Podiatry Team. Additionally, you will contribute to office/building management, and act as a fire marshal for the site, completing the provided additional training for this role. Main duties of the job The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Managing the reception desk and waiting area and overseeing the flow of patients and other visitors in and out of the building. Supporting patients and services with appointment management and general enquiries. Supporting with the management of space in the building, including room bookings. Supporting services using the building with general admin tasks. Supporting with the maintenance of the building.
