Specialising in Paid Search & Display Advertising, SEO, and Social Media Marketing, we work with ambitious brands such as PwC, Penguin Random House, and Club Med to enhance their digital marketing campaigns. JOB DESCRIPTION: You will identify opportunities, contact prospects, set up meetings and close deals with medium and large businesses around the UK for services offered by our agency. These include: Advertising online (paid search & display) Social media marketing (paid, influencer & organic) Search engine optimisation (SEO) Duties will include representing the agency at conferences and networking events (may include after-office-hours events), preparing for and attending new business meetings and events, calling prospects, setting up meetings and closing deals. You will have to identify leads, create opportunities, build up a pipeline, and convert a healthy percentage of your pipeline into long-term customers. We have a very good reputation built over the last 20 years and we expect our business development team to uphold the brand values and carry out business in a highly professional manner. On-the-job training about our business will be provided, but you will need to be a motivated self-starter who can deliver new business without needing sales training, biz dev guidance or hand-holding. JOB OUTCOMES: Month 1 onwards: Book at least 40 qualified meetings with new business leads. Month 2 onwards: Hold 10 final-stage pitches, with a total pipeline value of at least £200k. Month 3 onwards: Convert at least 1 lead into a client with minimum income of £30k, of which at least €5k should be monthly retainer income. Month 4 onwards: Convert at least 1 more new client with minimum income of £30k, in addition to retained clients from previous months. Leads may not be provided.
