The Role: 1: Operational Management You'll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the business by managing a team of two who handle: Order Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. Packing & Shipping: Managing logistics for domestic and international orders. Stock Management: Monitoring inventory and coordinating with suppliers. Customer Service: Ensuring high standards of customer care via email, phone, and online platforms. Returns: Streamlining return and refund processes. Bookkeeping & Payroll: Overseeing financial processes with support from our accountants. 2: Digital Marketing & E-commerce Management You'll also take charge of growing the digital presence and revenue by: Managing freelancers across various marketing disciplines such as Ads, SEO, Influencers etc Running campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, and eBay. Developing and launching email marketing and affiliate programs. Analysing marketing data to assess performance and optimise strategies Researching and developing creative image and video content Competitor research Planning promotions Candidate Requirements: A dynamic problem-solver who thrives in a multitasking environment. Proven experience in Digital/Ecommerce Marketing and Operations Strong organisational skills and the ability to streamline and automate processes. A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to lead and inspire a small team. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.
