We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join my clients team, reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager You'll be based in the Beaconsfield head office, supporting live developments across the Central and Southern regions, as well as sites within their two-year warranty period. Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming customer service calls, including complaints Logging issues on Salesforce and issuing job sheets to contractors Booking in operatives for works and following up with contractors and customers Closing completed issues to ensure accurate reporting Managing HA end-of-defects cases from issue to resolution Working collaboratively with the Central and Southern teams to resolve outstanding defects Requirements Housebuilding experience - essential Strong customer service and administrative background Ability to handle customer complaints with resilience and professionalism Experience using Salesforce and Coins (preferred, but training available) Understanding of property and construction terminology Ability to interrogate reported issues to ensure accurate resolutions A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle The Details: Up to £33k depending on experience 8:30am-5:30pm working hours Pension Paid expenses This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team, supporting high-quality developments and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
